The Company
Fundraiz is an online fundraising platform based in St. John’s, Newfoundland, that lets charities and nonprofits run digital raffles and 50/50 draws through secure, custom-branded campaign pages.
The Challenge
Fundraiz’s own product is built to help other organizations run high-visibility campaigns, but keeping their own social media active fell behind day to day work supporting clients and running the platform itself. Drafting captions, picking a schedule, and actually getting posts out consistently across Facebook and Instagram was the kind of task that was easy to deprioritize when anything more pressing came up, which meant their own social presence didn’t reflect how active the business actually was.
The Solution
Fundraiz now runs their social content through Bretonia’s Social Media Agent. Someone on the team describes what they want posted, whether that’s a product update, a client success story, or a general awareness post, and the agent drafts ready-to-publish content in seconds, already formatted for the platforms it’s headed to. Once a draft is reviewed and approved, the Social Media Agent schedules it through Metricool, so posts go out on a set schedule across Facebook and Instagram without anyone needing to log in to Metricool directly to build or queue anything by hand.
Implementation
Setting this up meant connecting the Social Media Agent to Fundraiz’s existing Metricool account, so approved posts feed straight into the same scheduling tool their content already went out through. The team didn’t have to switch platforms or change how posts ultimately get published, just how much manual work it took to get a post from idea to scheduled.
