- Your service will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
- No additional charges will be applied after cancellation.
- Partial-month refunds are not provided.
- Access to your AI Workforce will end when your billing period expires.
Annual Subscriptions
Annual subscriptions provide discounted pricing in exchange for a yearly commitment.

- Annual subscriptions remain active for the duration of the subscription term.
- Annual fees are non-refundable.
- Customers may choose not to renew at the end of the subscription period.

Implementation & Setup Fees
Bretonia’s onboarding process includes:

- Digital Worker deployment
- Knowledge base training
- Integration configuration
- Platform onboarding and support
Because these services are completed during implementation, all setup and onboarding fees are non-refundable.
